This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long orders take, what to expect at delivery (including age checks where required), and what happens if a package is delayed, returned, or damaged.
Because our products are age-restricted and may be regulated in certain areas, we only ship where legally permitted and where carriers will accept the shipment.
1) Where we ship
United States (Domestic)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, subject to:
- local restrictions on specific product types, and
- carrier limitations (for example, signature/ID requirements on age-restricted packages).
International (Europe, Asia, Oceania)
We offer international shipping to select countries in Europe, Asia, and Oceania where:
- import is legal for the product(s) in your cart, and
- the carrier route is available for your destination.
Important: Regulations vary by country and can change without notice. If your destination restricts the import of vape/THC products (or requires specific permits/tax handling), we may be able to ship. You will incur the extra cost
2) Age-restricted delivery rules
Boutiq Switch Vape sells adult-only products. Depending on your destination and carrier rules, delivery may require:
- Adult Signature Required (ASR)
- No delivery release (carrier will not leave the package unattended)
If a carrier cannot complete age-verified delivery (for example, nobody eligible is available), they may drop the Package at your door
Refused/unclaimed packages (including those not picked up after delivery attempts) may be treated as “return to sender” and handled under Section 9.
3) Processing time (when we ship your order)
Order processing: typically 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding holidays.
Processing includes payment confirmation, order verification, packing, and carrier handoff.
Orders placed on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
High-volume periods (promotions, holidays, major launches) can add processing time.
4) Shipping methods & estimated delivery times
Delivery times begin after the order ships (after you receive tracking).
U.S. delivery estimates (typical ranges)
- Standard shipping: ~3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping (if available at checkout): ~2–4 business days
International delivery estimates (typical ranges)
- International standard: ~7–21 business days
International shipments can take longer due to customs processing, local carrier handoffs, weather, and local regulations.
